Shrimp Skewers


The easiest, most flavorful way to prepare shrimps!

Shrimp Skewers


  • 2 tablespoons fresh persley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1lb shrimps
  • 1 teaspoon salt


1. Combine the parsley, basil, mustards, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. Add the shrimp and allow them to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
3. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Place skewers onto the prepared baking sheet. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

4. Serve shrimp skewers immediately.
