Portobello Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 portabella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozarella
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400F, lay out a sheet of baking paper foil in a pan, spread olive oil around on the paper.
2. Spoon about 2 Tbsp tomato sauce into each cap (mix it with pressed garlic), sprinkle with Mozzarella, then oregano.
3. Bake 25 minutes until cheese is melty.
