GF Vegan Chocolate Avocado Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium avocado
  • 2 Large bananas
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup dark cacao
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Pre-set oven to 350 Degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, blend avocado and banana until pureed. Add in honey, baking soda, baking powder, salt, lemon juice, and coconut oil.
3. In separate bowl, sift together coconut flour and cocoa powder. Gradually add wet mixture to flour and mix until well combined.
4. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread batter in greased loaf pan.
5. Bake for about 40 minutes.
