Coconut Cake

Coconut Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium size bowl mix together flour, poppy seed and flax seed. In a separate bowl mix together milk, honey and an egg.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients in a blender. Blend for 1-2 min, until smooth.
4. Pour the dough to into greased cake pan and bake for around 45 min.
