Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


Healthy dessert to knock out sweet cravings!


Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes


1. In a medium size glass bowl whisk together the chia seeds and the cocoa powder.
2. Add the almond milk, maple syrup, honey and stir to combine.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the pudding is thick and spoonable. Stir the mixture occasionally with a spoon to break up any clumps of seeds.
4. Spoon into serving cups and top with berries or other favourite fruits, sprinkle with coconut flakes.
